Some questions I was asked in school

Jeffrey Barkey:
As a professional in the entertainment, film, or media industry, which of the nine elements of digital citizenship is most important to you? Share examples of when any of these issues has affected you or someone you know.
As an Actor and Model pursuing music it’s important to consider all the nine elements. But digital security and privacy are the most important in my career. Having a good reputation is everything to me. Going through a bad divorce affected my reputation and has taken three years to regain my trust in people and reputation back from others that believed I was a bad person.
What are the risks of not being aware of these Digital Citizenship topics?
Not having digital citizenship, is like not having a car to drive. Depending on others to help you get somewhere. It’s all about independence. Being able to market yourself and sell your brand (digital commerce). If you pursue the music industry. You need to sell your music. You can have a label to help you or release it independently. Being able to protect your car you need insurance. So think of your brand as your car and the security and privacy as your insurance.
What are some examples of Digital Etiquette in the real world? What are some positive examples of digital etiquette and some negative examples of digital etiquette?
I come from a life of being respectful and saying thank you. How do you thank someone digitally? It’s simply giving someone credit for the work they do for you. Having an online presence that shows how respectful you are personally and from a business standpoint. Not having digital etiquette can lead to poor business. Negative feedback and possible lawsuits. Google reviews can really affect your business and name.
How long do you use the internet per day? It’s important to consider your wellness and health when using digital tools - what strategies do you use to moderate your time spent online?
Usually 14-18 hours per day. I do time management by setting a timing app or giving myself an allotted time to rest in between usage. I know sleep is important. Eye strain can easily tell my body. I need a break.

Questions are from the Los Angeles Film school.
All answers are supplied by myself.
